Return Policy
SHIPPING
Please allow 7-10 business days for your delivery to arrive via standard shipping on domestic orders. Holidays and other factors like inclement weather can delay shipping. Prior to ordering please visit our “Contact Us” page on our site or email us if you have any questions regarding stock or availability of any item(s).
MISSING ORDER/SHIPMENT
It is the buyer's responsibility to choose a secure shipping location and to input the correct address. All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Avery & Everett does not assume responsibility for stolen, lost or missing shipments once they have been marked "Delivered" by USPS, FedEx, or UPS and the delivery has been confirmed.
Avery & Everett is not responsible for refunding expedited shipping charges at anytime.
If USPS, FedEx or UPS cannot deliver your goods to the address listed on the order the buyer is responsible for all shipping re-charges.
In the event the tracking number is marked as "Delivered" and the buyer doesn't receive the package, or the package is in 'transit' for an extended period of time, the buyer agrees to and is responsible for opening a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on most new/unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping costs to return the item(s). Due to the high-demand and seasonality of our products we do not offer returns beyond 30 days under any circumstance.
The items must be in new/unused condition, in the original packaging and with the tags intact. Items like teethers, bibs, pacifier clips, teething necklaces and other chewable items are not eligible for returns. Due to potential health code violations, sales of these items are final.
Again, all items must be in original packaging, UNWORN and UNWASHED. If it is determined that an item has been worn or washed it will not qualify for a return.
To initiate a return please utilize the "Contact Us" page or email hello@averyandeverett.com. Include the reason for the return, the order number, your contact information and the description of the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, Avery & Everett will reply via email with further instructions and provide a return shipping label to streamline the process. The refund will only be processed once we physically receive the item(s) and determine the Item(s) condition meets eligibility. Again, please note that the shipping charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
If the package is not received or is in 'transit' for an extended period of time, the buyer agrees to and is responsible for opening a claim with USPS, FedEx, or UPS to find the lost package. Avery & Everett does not assume any responsibility for lost or missing shipments, or damaged packages during the return process.
If the item was a gift, please provide proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, your items can only be returned for store credit.
Please allow 30 days for us to process your return. If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please contact your bank.
EXCHANGES
At this time Avery & Everett does not accept exchanges.
ORDER CANCELATION
In conjuncture with our “Terms of Service” Avery & Everett reserves the right to cancel any order or return at any time and at our sole discretion. This can include potential fraud prevention, orders connected with a previous credit card dispute or inventory errors.
If you would like to cancel an order that has already been shipped or delivered to you please note that a 25% re-stocking fee may apply. Again, Avery & Everett is not responsible for refunding expedited shipping charges.
PROMO CODES
Any and all coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase and before finalizing the order. They cannot be combined with other offers or applied to any previous orders. Coupon codes must be used within the corresponding season, window or stated timeframe. If you are experiencing technical issues when attempting to apply a coupon code to an order please email us immediately at hello@averyandeverett.com.
SALE ITEMS
All sales are final on items labeled "on sale" or “clearance”. No exchanges or returns will be permitted.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
All international sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted.
GIFT CARDS
All sales of gift cards are final.
