Email email@example.com to request a return. Please include your order number, contact information and the item in which you are returning.
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. The items being returned must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging with tags. (Excluding teethers, bibs, pacifier clips, teething necklaces and other chewable items. Due to potential health code violations, sales of these items are final.)
If the item was a gift, please provide proof of purchase. If you do not have proof of purchase, your items can only be returned for store credit.
At this time we do not offer free shipping on returns. Also, shipping paid upon purchase of items will not be refunded.
Please allow 30 days for us to process your return. If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please contact your bank.
All international sales are final. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted.
SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
All sales are final on any sale or clearance items. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns.
All sales of gift cards are final.
